This page is your orientation. Everything you need to know about how we work, who does what, and what happens next, lives here.
You already made the hard decision, choosing to invest in marketing that actually works. What follows is the operating manual: the first 14 days, our communication rhythm, who to reach for what, and the few weeks of the year we're intentionally not available. Read what you need. Come back when you need it.
Onboarding is not a form you fill out and forget. It is a two-week window where we gather context, align on priorities, and lay the groundwork for everything that follows.
You receive a confirmation from Veronica, a link to the onboarding questionnaire, and a scheduling link for the kickoff meeting. If you'd like one of us to book it for you, just say the word.
You complete the questionnaire (some questions will feel redundant, having everything centralized makes our work sharper). You send over access to relevant accounts, brand assets, and existing materials. We review everything before we meet.
We meet for a working session to confirm priorities, align on the first 30 days, and name the load-bearing issue we're working on first. You leave with a clear picture of what we're building and why.
Implementation begins. You're added to our Google Chat space. Your monthly reporting cadence starts. From here, the work compounds.
Most founders don't have a marketing problem. They have a conversion problem. We locate the load-bearing issue generating most of the downstream drag, and we build the system that resolves it.
A business shouldn't require constant reinvention to keep leads coming in. We build systems that work over time, so the founder gets their energy back for the parts only they can do.
We spend real time understanding your business before we recommend anything. We build things that hold up over time rather than things that look impressive on day one. We measure success by conversion, not activity.
The full Terms and Conditions live inside your signed agreement. Below is a plain-language summary of what applies to every Tyche client relationship.
Different needs have different channels. Using the right one means you get a faster, better answer.

Ready to start the 30-day close-out process? Send written notice here and we'll confirm receipt, schedule your final review, and begin transitioning your materials.
We observe standard federal holidays and two extended seasonal breaks each year. Accounts continue being worked on during breaks, and urgent emergencies are covered, but no meetings are scheduled during these windows.
During these dates, active accounts continue receiving work and urgent emergencies are covered. However, no new meetings, strategy calls, or kickoffs are scheduled. Plan accordingly.
If you need a meeting that would fall inside one of these windows, please schedule it before the break begins or for the first available week after.
For every client you refer who books services with Tyche Digital Agency, you receive a 10% referral benefit. No caps, no expiration. Just our way of saying thank you for opening doors.
Know someone whose marketing feels busy but isn't converting? Send them to tychedigitalagency.com/alignment and make sure to mention your name when they reach out, so we can apply the credit correctly.
We take that seriously. Every founder we work with is building something real, and our job is to make sure the marketing underneath it actually holds.
